Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Money Psychology, operated by ICONS Digital Group BV ("we"), handles personal data when you visit moneypsychology.co or buy our products. We are the data controller. Contact: hello@moneypsychology.co.
1. Data we process
- Purchase data: when you buy, our Merchant of Record Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information to process the transaction and deliver your product. Lemon Squeezy acts as an independent controller/processor for payment data, see Lemon Squeezy's privacy notice.
- Support data: if you email us, we process your email address and message to respond.
- Technical data: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate, anonymised site traffic. It sets analytics cookies in your browser. Your browser also loads assets from the third parties listed below.
2. Third parties that may receive data
- Lemon Squeezy, payment processing, tax, fraud prevention, delivery.
- Google Analytics (GA4), aggregate and anonymised traffic measurement. Sets analytics cookies and processes your IP address.
- Google Fonts & jsDelivr (CDN), when the site loads fonts and scripts, your IP address is necessarily processed by these providers to serve those files.
- Our hosting provider, Hostnet, server logs.
3. Why & legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you (delivering your purchase), to comply with legal/tax obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. We do not sell your data.
4. Retention
Purchase and tax records are retained as required by law (in the Netherlands, generally up to 7 years). Support emails are kept only as long as needed.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights email hello@moneypsychology.co. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
